Budget & Spend Guide
A weekday day pass at Jara Beach Resort starts from about ₦35,000 per adult, which covers BBQ lunch, snacks, sweet treats, soft drinks, and access to the pools and private beach.
On weekends and public holidays, the day pass ranges between ₦45,000 and ₦55,000 per adult, with a wider food menu and alcoholic drinks included.
For those staying overnight, prices generally range from ₦120,000 to ₦180,000 per person depending on the room category. This all-inclusive package covers your ocean-view room, all meals, unlimited drinks, and full use of resort facilities including the Palma lounge.
If you prefer a more premium experience, suites with plunge pools or upgraded amenities start from around ₦200,000 and above per person.
Children under 12 are charged between ₦15,000 and ₦25,000, depending on the day and package, with meals and kid-friendly activities included.
Keep in mind that all rates are subject to 7.5% VAT and 5% consumption tax, and transport to and from the resort is not included in the booking fee.
What to Know Before You Go
Must book in advance; especially for overnight or large groups.
Since it’s off-grid, ACs & water heaters work during certain hours (around evening & early morning), so don’t expect full power all day/night.
Quiet hours around midnight until morning.
Opening Days & Check-In/Out
Open 365 days a year, but reservations required ahead of visit—no walk-ins.
Check-in: 2:00 PM · Check-out: 11:00 AM for overnight guests.
Day pass hours: ~12:00 noon to 6:00 PM.
